Tortoise Tomes

Writing is in my blood; my sister, my cousin, and my son are all writers. My uncle was a famous writer; he worked as a news writer on a major TV network.  He traveled to many countries, which meant that I didn't really get to know him.

So where do I start?  I came up with the title: Tortoise Tomes , many years ago.  It took so long to figure out how to do this, that it is 3:00AM and I have to get to bed!  Writers are private people; I've heard that many of us write late at night or early in the morning.  This is when we can write without interruptions.  We also have to have a "thick skin", so we don't care what people think of our writing.  I've been told that I need to grow a "thicker skin";  I need to be a turtle!
